This invite-only breakfast roundtable convenes legal experts, compliance leaders, and policy specialists to engage with Information Sharing to Combat Fraud: Analysis of Statutory Permissions and Constraints, a joint publication by ACAMS and GASA drawing on legal research by Akin — one of the first efforts to map that landscape in plain language across industries.

The discussion will focus on two questions: what practical strategies can organizations pursue to share more within the current legal landscape — and what are the most specific, actionable policy and regulatory asks this community should be taking to Congress and relevant government agencies?
